Where does Europe get most of it's oil from?

I know a lot of people like to spout that the US gets all their oil from the mid east, but the truth is they get over 80% of their oil from Canada, a tiny percentage from their own soil, and the rest from various middle eastern nations. Are there also misconceptions about where most European nations get their oil? I recently read that France gets 15% of their's from Libya. But where do they get the rest from? In general from where does Europe get the majority of their oil?
