A college project short film with creepy doll heads?

I saw it on Youtube a few years ago, it's really eerie with doll heads and stuff. Like a screw goes through one of the doll's heads, and a spout comes out and red liquid pours out, and it's just really weird and I can't remember what it's called & I can't find it. Can anyone help?
