2nd set is better. That thing looks like an Umbreon that won't go down. Your teams are decent. I would replace Electivire with a Quiet Natured Eelektross holding a Wide Lens with Coil, Zap Cannon, Dragon Tail, and either Return or Brick Break. For Magmortar, I would suggest Focus Blast and Thunderbolt. Pikachu I would cut Iron Tail for Return. And for your Dark team, replace Honchkrow with Mandibuzz and Weavile with Bisharp. These are just my suggestions.
