Help again im not sure what do think at this point?????????????????????

my period is 29 days apart i got it on may 22nd on june 9th had spot bleeding and still today no period so i am 3 days late and i took fr HTP two times negative. giving a little more detail i don't have sore boobs just they feel more full,i have the worst gas that started last week. i m just confused is this just my body changing or could i be pregnant even though my period is late and have negative fr HTP????????? i have one child and when i used fr it come up right away.
