Seizure? I feel funny. Im 14?

Im 14 and sometimes when i am walking around i would get light headed and my vision would get so blurry that i cant see and one time i fell down and i was flopping around like a fish i couldnt controll it when ever its done i feel fine but my mouth feels funny what is this and what should i do about it? And now, a couple hours later, my hip really hurts and i feel kind of strange. Im going on a 16 hour road trip tomorrow and i havent told my parents about what happened what should i do? Plz help im worried
