Is there something wrong with this watch or is it just a good deal?

That's a decent GPS watch, but that site says "newly overhauled", which might mean it's a refurbished used one. I see that same watch going for closer to $100 new. Still a good watch for the money. If you buy the one you linked to, get the 2 year warranty for $8 more.
