Is it normal to see my belly moveing because of fetus at 10 weeks?

I'm ten weeks and since last week I discovered that i can feel its heart beating when I touch my belly..well im kind of skinny..my hip bones show and sometime my ribs..when I lay down my sister cousins and I can actually see my belly moving like the movement from the heart iby my belly button..Is that normal???
