Are Street Preachers really being unfairly arrested?

Thats the claim made by the Street Preachers that the cops are specifically targeting them. As far as I know, shouting through a megaphone, and making provocative speech is considered disturbing the peace, whether its for religion, or other reasons. Same if someone was spouting racism, or other forms of hate speech.
