Would this be considered a memory disorder or psychological condition?

The term is called "grok" and I doubt it may be accepted by the mainstrream Mental Health Community nevertheless it does describe this mental ability. The term is described in the sci fi classic "A Stranger in a Strange Land" by Robert Heinlien. It is about a guy who was raised on Mars. So what do you know about the Martians? I know plenty. The Martians have been living for years beneath the surface of their planet. They do not like most earthlings. They love Elvis and have been revamping their planet with a Casino Royale theme you know Viva Las Vegas. They are short, fat, green, gay and look like a cross between the fat Elvis and Liberace. You cannot tell the girls from the boys. It is freaky.
