Who is the strongest pokemon?

i agree with you about kyogre, but arcanine is not a legendary. its isnt exactly hard to get, i have about 5 of them. plus i think deoxys in attack form. your on about the strongest and in attack form he has 180 base stat in attack and SP.att. any move above power 100 will destroy anything. especialy combined with choice spec (or something) where it boosts special attack moves by 50% erm, hyper beam now has power 0f 225 combined with a fully EV's deoxys in special attack. pretty much destroys anything in one go xD
