What is wrong with me?

Wow a friend of mine have the same thing as you are in a way. So don't be scared your not alone. In fact I help him overcome his problem but still he needed to see counselor once in 3 months until a year, he was doing fine no counselor at all. 2 years now he is doing fine. This is what I advise him to do. Which he followed. I was able to help him out by another easy way called exercising and diet. He used to take herbs and medication for the problem. Some herbs and medication works but short term giving you the drug like feeling, you know the drowsy feeling? It got him even more worse. Exercise and correct diet is the only natural medicine to help him overcome his problem. I told him to start taking a daily multivitamin. Watch your diet. Stay away from junk, caffeine, alcohol, other stimulant. Eat plenty of fresh fruits. Exercise because it release the feel good natural pain killer called endorphin. A daily brisk walk of 45 minutes daily helps tremendously with depression, anxiety, anger. Just don't stop half way though. And very important if he see a counselor.
